I became a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I believe in the transformational power of food as medicine. As so many that have chosen this path, it began with my own health journey more than 20 years ago. While doing research and making adjustments to my own life I realized three very important things. The first is everything in our body is connected, nothing operates in isolation. The second is I am incredibly passionate about finding ways to nourish my body and has driven a deep curiosity into our food system and its relationship to health. And third, I want to help others experience their own vitality.
The quality, the quantity, the diversity and the source of our food will either promote or hinder our health. I have spent more than 15 years in the health and wellness space and have helped many people along the way. My methods focus on your bio-individuality, health history, lifestyle factors and resources. I work collaboratively, intuitively and compassionately to support you on your health journey. My approach is both educational and strategic, which allows us to see the bigger picture. My goal is to help you create a sustainable lifestyle around nourishing and listening to your body that brings you vibrant health.
